District 141 EAP Director Rudy Asuncion presents a plaque of appreciation to retired United EAP representative Julie Talley (SFO) for her many years of dedicated service. Julie's wealth of experience, professionalism, and willingness to work with District 141 EAP coordinators in the SFO region helped resolve serious personal issues for many of our members. The plaque was presented on September 16, 2008 at the annual IAM-UAL EAP training in Los Altos, California.
